Orologio (Clock)

[[wysiwyg_imageupload:378:]]More space will soon be available for innovative green companies in the Orologio building. Work on a temporay upgrade to the building have begun in August 2012, with a completion target by spring 2013. When work is completed, there will be 3,000 square meters of office space and 600 square meters of production space. The office areas will consist of preconfigured areas in modules of 14 square meters, enough to hold up to 50 new companies.

Companies that locate in the new building will have access to:

  • 5 meeting rooms (4 with 8 person capacity and 1 with 16 person capacity)
  • 2 training rooms, each with a 30 person capacity
  • 4 inter-company shared areas

Each floor will have:

  • a coffee break area
  • two printing/fax areas
  • a storage area

There will also be a kitchen on the first floor.

Other relevant works include the installation of a new elevator and a heat pump to heat and cool the building.
