This structure was built around 1910. It was used for storage, offices, and woodworking shop. Some processing of tobacco was also done, which explains the bridges. The two bridges were used to move materials to the Zigherane building. Machines used to make sniffing tobacco and portions of the Indigene and Virginia cigars were also located in this building.
Later the first floor of the building was used as a shower facility for workers. There was also a small storage area for general services.
