Special zoning approved for Progetto Manifattura

The Rovereto City Council has adopted a zoning variation for public works: “Dicembre 2009 – area Manifattura Tabacchi”. The regulation substitutes a portion of the applicable zoning plan for the area. The special zoning will help accelerate the process of realizing the Progetto Manifattura which was a requirement of the large investment being made by the autonomous Province of Trento.
