Euleria

Founded in February 2020, in the midst of the Covid-19 emergency, by David Tacconi (CEO and Co-Founder) and Roberto Tomasi (CTO and Co-Founder), Euleria Health produces medical software certified in class 2a (MDR 2017/745) able to support movement professionals and their patients in the realization of effective and measurable rehabilitation paths, both in centres/clinics/hospitals and remotely (in telerehabilitation). 

The medical software currently produced and distributed by Euleria Health on the international market are: 

• euleria lab, the portable biomechanics laboratory specific for rehabilitation paths in rehabilitation centres/clinics/hospitals; 
• euleria xclinic, the solution designed to digitize the rehabilitation gymnasium; 
• euleria home, the specific solution for remote rehabilitation paths and motor, respiratory, cardiac and cognitive telerehabilitation; 
• euleria mylink, the app for smartphones and iPhones that facilitates the connection between the patient and the professional at all stages of the rehabilitation pathway. 

The technical design of Euleria Health is made possible thanks to inertial sensor technology, which allows the movements made by the patient to be measured to an accuracy of a tenth of a degree. Inertial sensors provide four-dimensional spatial measurements, which, as in navigation or aeronautics, are then converted into the famous Euler angles. Hence the name 'Euleria Health'. 

These angles are processed by Euleria Health’s medical softwares and then provided in real time to the patient and the practitioner, who can then carry out the rehabilitation exercises interactively (even in the form of an exergame). What's more, Euleria Health's medical devices allow movement professionals to perform the biomechanical assessments necessary for understanding the movement of patients or athletes. The detailed results of exercises and assessments remain available, searchable, comparable and protected within the centre/clinic profile. 

In May 2023, Euleria Care, the first health centre for the rehabilitation and functional recovery of rehabilitation patients, opened in Rovereto. Thanks to a team of Orthopaedists, Physiotherapists and Motor Sciences experts and the technology of Euleria Health, in Euleria Care it is possible to undertake motivating, interactive and always monitored exercise-therapy courses, from the clinic to home.
