The
 Clorfilla system helps people manage energy use in homes, offices and 
stores and to save money on energy. Clorofilla is being developed using a
 technology already in use for street lighting (EB93). The system makes 
it possible to integrate and manage existing residential and commercial 
systems such as indoor lighting, emergency lighting, heading and air 
conditioning, fire alarms, security, access, etc. The system can be
