italy's vast real estate patrimony is the second oldest in Europe. With over 2 billion square meters of buildings needing remodelling, the green retrofit sector is expected to be the main area of growth in the construction sector in the next 10 years. The eco-sustainable management of existing buildings represents another great challenge for building managers and portfoglio owners.
